SEP support is entirely based in the USA with highly trained native English speakers. Problems are solved quickly with the first point of contact and rarely escalated. Each incident consists of any action required to solve the problem. This action may consist of anything from an email response, to a phone call, to logging into a remote session with a SEP engineer.

SEP Entry Level Support = 2 Incidents

  • Does not include support for database or groupware modules. 
  • Duration 1 year from purchase date. 
  • Requires Current Update Contract. 
  • Requires both forward and reverse functioning DNS. 
  • Requires remote access via internet and telephone.
