NetWare 6.5-8 TSAs

SMSSTART.NCF should look very much like this on netware clients:

LOAD SMSUT.NLM
LOAD SMDR.NLM
LOAD TSAFS.NLM /EnableGW=yes
LOAD TSANDS.NLM
#LOAD TSAFSGW.NLM /home-VOL1:\gwise\dom /home-VOL1:\gwise\po /home-VOL2:\gwise\po2

#### End of SMSSTART.NCF ####

SMSSTOP.NCF should look very much like this on netware clients:

unload QMAN
unload TSAFS
unload TSANDS
unload SMSDI
unload VOLSMS
unload SMDR
unload SMSUT

#### End of SMSSTOP.NCF ####

It is important to check AUTOEXEC.NCF and remove/comment any instances of BSTART or BSTART.NCF. If BSTART had do be removed you must run BSTOP and SMSSTOP and then SMSSTART  to return SMDRD to a working state.

*** A reboot should not be needed but pay attention to any ABEND warnings you might recieve.

A "Datamover" is required and can be any oes/linux system with sesam-[client|srv|rds] and sesam-novell-client installed. The TSAs need to be set to either dual or netware mode on the oes/linux system. If the linux datamover has any groupwise components running then dual mode is not supported and won't work properly.

You need to use the TSA version at this link:
