Diagnosing GUI Connection Problems

Problem: No Permission to connect to server

Solution: On the server run "sm_allowgui -c client_hostname -u client_username_case_sensative -m admin"

If that doesn't solve it the problem is likely dns

Server:
ping the hostname of the client

GUI Client:
ping the hostname of the server
